Account Executive

Is responsible in generating leads and converting into revenues.Assist client inquiries with products and services.Maintains and develops newly acquired and existing accounts based on companyset standards, processes, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads by means of any platforms and processes.
  • Conduct product demo and presentation to prospective leads.
  • Create and develop new quotation and sales contracts.
  • Represent the company to various trade exhibits and events when necessary.
  • Coordinate all necessary requests and documents of newly acquired accounts with different departments.
  • Recommend necessary changes on products and services and conduct market study to determine new leads. Plan ways and means to establish client continuous patronage on company products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneur, Marketing
    Management, and/or equivalent.
  • With atleast 1 year work experience related to sales.
  • Willing to do field work and report onsite.
  • Understands both business processes and accounting processes.
  • Hands on experience in operating business or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Background on both retail and food services operation is an advantage.
  • Adept in using different online platforms.
  • With excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly skilled in inter-personal engagement.

Database Management Specialist

The Database Management Specialist is responsible for the management of databases. Working with database software to find ways to store, organize, and manage data. Ensure that the database is available to all relevant users while maintaining their performance, integrity, and security.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates the planning, designing, and development of the database.
  • Ensures performance, availability, and implementation of security measures of the database.
  • Install and manage database applications.
  • Prepares necessary documentations such as technical manuals, and data flow diagrams.
  • Create and manages database for reports, visualizations, and dashboarrds.
  • Handles the storage structure of the database system.
  • Liaising with developers, technical staffs, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Has actual experience handling MSSql, MySQL, and SQLITE database.
  • Has advance knowledge of data security, back-up and recovery, and performance monitoring standard. Knowledge of limitations in MSSql, MySQL or SQLite and their workarounds.·
  • Has analytical approach to data and keen to details.

Product Support - Implementation Lead

Responsible in implementing and managing business solutions and system. Provides assistance and educating prospective and existing clients about the product; provides after sales support both via remote and onsite. Is responsible in performing necessary testing and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading the planning and management of software implementation and staging projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor the FSE team on software implementation and staging professionals, providing mentorship, support,
    and technical expertise to ensure the team’s success in meeting client goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing the deployment and configuration of software solutions, ensuring that all components are properly installed, integrated, and configured according to the project requirements and specifications.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes and conducting thorough testing to ensure that the software meets quality standards, functional requirements, and performance expectations before deployment to the production environment.
  • Collaborating closely with software development teams to understand the technical aspects of the software products, provide feedback on deployment readiness, and address any technical issues that may arise during the implementation and staging phases.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of the software implementation and staging processes, including configuration details, testing results (checklist), and any issues or challenges encountered, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their software deployment requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process, and addressing any concerns or issues to ensure client satisfaction and a successful deployment experience.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or any Business-related courses.
  • Experience handling Accounting or Business-related system is advantage.
  • Work experience related to project management and customer support services is an advantage.
  • With hands-on experience with testing, commissioning, installation, implementation, and project scoping and staging.
  • Knowledge in incident and problem management is an advantage.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of computer system, software and hardware.
  • Can work in a high-pressure environment and can handle multiple projects and implementation.
  • Willing to go on extra mile to finish certain task. With a strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible in assisting Sales Manager in maintaining new, existing accounts and assist client inquiries with products and services. Provide needed sales and marketing support in order to maintain and develop newly acquired or existing accounts based on company set standards and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Sales Managers in managing existing and new accounts.
  • Represent Sales Manager during client meeting and demonstration.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients to ensures continues customer and company relationship.
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Support sales team when they are out of the office by taking all incoming calls, answering client inquiries and properly endorse all information to Account Executive.
  • Determined customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Prepare Sales Quotation, Installation Request and other POS documents in behalf of sales team and client.
  • Handle the processing of all orders, checking the correct customer system and hardware requirements,
    prices, client information’s, payment terms, delivery dates and BIR documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up delivery schedule and ensure product and service is deliver on a timely manner
  • Monitoring of team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Performs Tele- Sales and Tele-Marketing activities to help promote existing or new Company Product and Services.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or relevant field
  • With at least 1 year experience
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Team Player with high level of dedication
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
