• Able to communicate and deal with customers, engineers and management.
• Experience in computer network, network administration and system administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures System Engineers and SQA efficiently and effectively fulfill client service requests to install, maintain, or fix end-user devices, peripherals, software, or applications.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Managing information technology and computer systems.
• Participates in product review meetings.
• Handle escalated issues to ensure they are resolved or worked to the customer’s satisfaction.
